Birrificio Italiano Spirits means making only the products we would love to drink - the same approach we have always chosen for our beers. We hand pick the best natural botanicals, balance them out batch after batch according to their aromatic variability, and supply our partners in production with pre-weighed mixes.
PRODUCTION
The production of our spirits is conducted in partnership with selected makers, on the basis of requisites of excellence and of a personal relationship of trust. We take care of the whole process, from the distillery to your glass, for a consistent top-of-the-line drinking experience.
