Albedo, the pure essence of our beers: a bier brand produced by distilling the best of our production and maturing the result for at least five years in noble wood barrels previously containing Moscato Giallo wines from Alto Adige. The result is a bewildering journey among malts, hops, spirits, wines and special barrels; where all the limits and certainties give in and blend in subtle nuances, leaving room to new shapes of pleasure.
