PRODUCTION
We produce our Spirits in partnership with selected makers, on the basis of their excellence, the capability to respect thorough quality standards and hence translate our ideas into a poetic liquid version
One thing we hold in the highest of regards, besides technical skills, are the personal relationships we entertain with the makers of Birrificio Italiano Spirits: we believe that without respect there can be no listening, and that without listening no cooperation can be fruitful.
We autonomously develop our recipes, select the ingredients and partners, detail the processes to be followed and share them with the makers
We personally take care of re-balancing the recipes before the production of each batch, impressing on the spirits our unique blueprint of brewers and craftsmen. The botanicals are selected, sampled, tasted and weighed in-house before being delivered to our partners.
