We use for our spirits the same mother rule we apply to our beers since 1996:
if I’m making it, it’s because I want to drink it!
We have always been very aware of market trends and fads, so to accurately dodge them and keep on composing the liquid symphonies we so much love.
Birrificio Italiano Spirits are born out of the continued attention to ingredients and the way they interact with each other
Botanicals are plants, they do not grow in vacuum-sealed bags, and change by the harvest and with each season… Here’s why, before producing each batch, we sample them, taste them and balance them anew. There is no recipe for excellence and consistency!

The distribution of the Birrificio Italiano Spirits products is not conducted via the conventional hard liquor channels; it is instead built over the existing commercial network structured by Birrificio Italiano over the years; coming full circle with a range of products imagined by brewers for those who appreciate our work and ideas since day one.
