TIPOPILS HARVEST
Tipopils Harvest is a beer prepared with freshly harvested green hops, to take a snapshot of the aromas and fragrance of the plant. The hops are selected by our brewers in Germany on the day of the harvest, carried out only once a year in September, and used within a few hours. The beer, balanced and essential, thus becomes a canvas on which the aromas of hops can be freely expressed.

The Pilsner glass is a conical glass, which widens upwards, with a short and robust stem or, in some cases, no stem at all. Its capacity usually does not exceed 30cl, or more rarely 40cl, to preserve the organoleptic profile of the beers as much as possible. This is also the reason behind its shape, as it favors the formation of a nice foam cap which, as is well known, protects the beer from oxidative phenomena.

"When the hops are ripe in early September, visitors to the town of Tettnang find themselves, a little stunned and pleasantly surprised, in the midst of an olfactory storm. Carts of hops that come and go spread a heady scent through the streets. We wanted at all costs to capture that air, those atmospheres, those landscapes. "
More about this beer
Tipopils Harvest is a low fermentation lager beer produced using freshly picked green hops from its plant, within 24 hours of harvest: it is therefore brewed once a year, in September.
Robust, herbaceous, intense, this craft beer conquers with strong honey notes that intertwine with light sensations of flowery fields, freshly mown grass and sorrel. In the mouth the sweetness of the malts is confirmed and enriched by a subtle alcoholic vibration, almost viscous, which culminates in a pungent and instant bitterness.
Seasonal beer produced in 33cl bottles and kegs, Tipopils Harvest should be stored below 10 ° C. It is served cold but not frozen, at around 8-10 ° C.
Pairings
Ideal setting: The bar in the pub. Better if outdoors, on a sunny day.
Food: Excellent with fresh cow's milk or pecorino cheeses made with raw milk, which bring a good dose of pasture aromas. Also ideal with traditional Bavarian dishes that are not too fatty (for example Weisswürst) or egg preparations accompanied by vegetables, chicory omelette or erbazzone.
