A golden, soft and well-rounded “Double Pils”, this beer boasts a long-lasting herbal aroma of high concentration.
It appears slightly hazy, crowned by an abundant foamy head, blindingly candid. Nose is rich and ever changing, with flavors ranging from white fruit to acacia honey, with intense floral nuances and a distinctive smell of raw cereals.
It culminates in a landscape of herbal dunes, panning endlessly underneath the bird-eye view of the olfaction. Gentle and never bitter, this craft beer is complex, persistent, just as fleetingly sweet as it’s needed to support the overload of noble German hops used both in aroma and dry hopping.
A unique Pilsener, “double” both in body and in flavor.
Pairings
Ideal setting: A “travel beer”, Sogno Lucido is designed to reintegrate minerals during long hikes in nature, or when you’re sitting at the sun-scorched table of a Texan BBQ joint.
Food: We suggest to pair Sogno Lucido with almond-based desserts, such as the Sicilian “Bianco Mangiare”, with sautéed mussels, with stewed white meats (especially rabbit) and together with fatty fishes such as wild salmon and trout. It also matches greatly the coconut milk in Thai, Indian and Vietnamese curries.
