MARZARIMEN, REST OF THE WARRIOR
During the invasion the Barbarian comes to a stop: in a simple village the townsfolk greet him, feed him, all while harvesting an ancient variety of grapes. The barbarian is curious, and he pays back the unexpected act of friendship with his labor: he starts fermenting the barley as his ancestors once did, and adds some of the juicy bunches to the mix. This is how Marzarimen is born, an elixir of friendship and allegiance.

GLASSSnifterSnifter
The snifter (or baloon or napoleon) is a glass from the goblet family, historically used to serve liqueur wines or spirits. Structurally it is a glass of limited capacity (maximum 250 ml), with a wide foot, short stem and a rather reduced thickness: these features mean that the heat of the hand in contact with the glass favors the release of the more volatile aromatic components. These are conveyed to the mouth by a marked narrowing of the glass. For these reasons the glass lends itself very well to accepting complex alcoholic beers with moderate foam which are not afraid of oxidation phenomena, such as barleywine, doppelbock, eisbock and old ale.

“I paid for the hospitality with my stamina and my strength. And before the feast and a night of frenzied dances, I took time to do what I do best – I fermented the barley of my forefathers… Threw some bunches in the vat, the fruit of my fatigue, and of those who welcomed me. This potion was born, a humane juice of friendship.”
