EINKORN UNICORN
An Italian brewer, an american brewer and a german brewer of a french brewery enter a brew room... This is not a joke, it's Einkorn Unicorn! A three-way collaboration with the french brewery Demory and the mitological 3 Sons of Dania Beach, Florida.
A "chimerical" German Ale, brewed with monococcus spelled (Einkorn) and Akoya hops (boil and mild dry hopping). To the nose, arises the rustic perfumes of the cereal, "moussants" notes of bread dough, the herbaceous and floral tones of the hops supported by hints of citrus.
The drink is not excessively dry, with some fruity strokes that plump up the bone structure of the beer, which is constructed on the honey and bakery products spectrum. A bitter, long, and fine finish, almost a "vibration".
