BIBOCK, THE ARROGANCE
Copper in color although not in spirit: tasty, original, rebellious. Bibock is our individualistic tribute to the powerful German Bocks, whose name derives from Einbeck, the city where the style originated, while it also literally mean “billy goat”. Bibock is elegance, it is arrogance, a surprisingly gentle straight leg tackle balancing between bitterness and honey. Captivating and hard to tame!

GLASSCupCup
The cup has ancient origins and is very often associated with religiosity: this aspect also influences its use with Trappist and Abbey beers. It is a glass with a wide foot, a not very long and sometimes massive stem, often decorated, with a wide mouth that suggests its use with beers with an important alcohol content and a complex profile as it favors the release of volatile aromatic components.

“The beast charges and rushes its hooves, it’s aiming at you. The first questions that pops to your mind, as you’re looking straight into its eyes, is: «Shall I be able to tame it?».”
More about this beer
Amber/copper in color, Bibock is fermented with a specific strain of lager yeast: although difficult to tame, we chose it and keep using it after more than 20 years for its unique ability to gift to the finished product peculiar flavors of fresh fruit.
German bittering hops and a massive loads of Styrian Goldings touch up the aroma with a noble finish, which is completed by a subtle dry hopping with English and German varieties.
Such generous hopping elegantly balances the hazelnut-y, caramel and chestnut honey-flavored body; every sip ends in a refreshing bitterness.
Pairings
Ideal setting: Dinner or after dinner at home, with friends. Bibock is a beer for celebrations, a mood setter.
Food: Pair with rustic and robust dishes, pulses soups, stewed or roasted red meats, bountiful tex-mex helpings and mountain cheeses.
